We started a long travel day with breakfast at Erica's and I couldn't think of a better way to kick things off. My husband and I shared a cinnamon roll pancake (basically dessert for breakfast and I'm not mad about it), I had a basic eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast breakfast (eggs were cooked to a perfect over medium) and my husband had the huevos rancheros, which were also delicious. Our server was very friendly and the coffee was piping hot. Highly recommend Erica's for breakfast!

Got to sit outside on this beautiful day! We love that Erica's does breakfast all day! I don't care for breakfast foods but my husband loves them so this place is perfect for us. He got to enjoy his croissant stuffed French toast and I had a delicious haddock burger. Their fries are fantastic, crispy just the way we like them. Soo yummy! We always enjoy their spiked ice coffee flights and I loved the apple cider mimosa! We also took home a piece of raspberry cheesecake, we were too full from our meal but couldn't pass up the chance for cheesecake! Yum

Very friendly environment. Service excellent. The menu selections are very good and the food is expertly prepared. If you’re looking for a great meal and relaxing atmosphere this the place.

The staff were friendly and personable. I think James is a great guy and a good cook! I enjoy the food options they have here and how spacious the inside is. I recommend trying their eggs Benedict. A

Eat here all the time! The food is great, service is awesome! Waitresses are super sweet, and attentive. Definitely recommend Erica's and The Lions Den!

Was headed north this morning and looking for a breakfast/brunch spot between Augusta & Bangor. Found Erika’s online and it did not disappoint. My friend and I both had the eggs Benedict (florentine for her and vegetarian for me) and they were the BEST we have ever had. We also enjoyed cocktail flights - mimosa for her and spiked iced but - by golly the spiked iced coffee for me - unique and simply AMAZING! Will definitely visit again when in the area!

Portion size was more than enough, service was excellent, and food was delicious. Best spot in the area for breakfast and lunch so far. Would definitely come back when I visit Waterville again.

Visiting Maine to see family. Enjoyed a visit to Erica’s in Waterville. The seating for 7 is sometimes challenging, but not for this place The menu has a variety of choices. We had the Greek omelette, waffles,eggs and bacon . Choice of mimosas flights. The atmosphere was pleasant. If you are living for a small hometown restaurant then be sure to check out Erica’s. Parking is plentiful and off street.
